The "Mighty" Eighth
I'm really too spun up to post anything lengthy or thoughtful right now, so I'll just say this: if you live in the 8th Congressional District of California (that would be most of you in San Francisco), voted for Nancy Pelosi and are NOT embarrassed and ashamed, I pity you. Never have so few stood to ruin so much for so many.

Nice... And I'll bet you weren't embarrassed or ashamed once about W. See, it's this kind of thinking that's going to keep the left and right at each other's throats. The latest Pelosi debacle makes her look like an idiot, but she's the only one who should be embarrassed. Her constituents should be disappointed, maybe even a little angry, but not ashamed. It's not as though they forced Pelosi to make the decisions she did (or didn't, depending on how you look at it). This kind of convoluted ad hominem "gotcha" crap is not constructive, especially when it's used against the American people themselves.
